DATES TO REMEMBER

Quota Exchange

Bids for the Quota Exchange close at the end of business day on the 15^th day of the month prior to the exchange month (Example: On July 15^th for the August Exchange)

Payment for Purchase is due by the 25^th of the month prior to the Exchange month. (Example: On July 25^th for the August Exchange)

Payment for Sale is issued on the 10^th day of the Exchange month (Example: On August 10th for the August Exchange)

The Exchange will be run on the second business day following the close of bids

Quota Lease Exchange

Bids for the Quota Lease Exchange close at the end of business day on the 22^nd day of the month prior to the exchange month (Example: On July 22nd for the August Exchange)

Payment for leasing in quota is due by the 25^th day of the month prior to the Exchange month. (Example: On July 25^th for the August Exchange).

Payment for leasing out quota is issued on the 10^th day of the Exchange month (Example: On August 10th for the August Exchange)

The Exchange will be run on the 27^th day of the month

Producer-to-Producer Contract Quota Lease

Contracts for Producer-to-Producer Leasing must be complete and received at the Dairy Board Office by close of business on the 20^th day of the month for which the quota is being leased (Example: by July 20^th for July Leasing )

Payment for leasing in quota is due by the 20^th day of the month for which the quota is being leased (Example: by July 20^th for July Leasing )

Payment for leasing out quota is issued on the 25^th day of the contract month (Example: On July 25th for July contracts)

NOTE: If the dates for closing bids fall on a weekend or holidays, bids will be accepted until close of the next business day

NOTE: If the dates to run the exchanges fall on a weekend or holiday the exchanges will be run on the previous business day
