Amber Craswell, a dairy farmer in the Rustico area, was elected to the Board as a Member at Large in 2020.
Amber grew up on a dairy farm in Central Quebec. She obtained a Bachelor of Commerce from Concordia University with a Major in Accounting. Prior to moving to Prince Edward Island, she worked at an accounting firm in Quebec specializing in Agriculture.
