A classic family-friendly meal with a twist!
2 slices of sourdough bread
2 tablespoons of COWS Cultured Butter
4 slices of COWS Appletree Smoked Cheddar Cheeses
2 slices dill pickles
Spread butter on outside slices of bread
Place cheese and pickles in between slices
Cook, covered, in a pan over low heat for 10 minutes, flipping half way (or until golden outside and melty inside).
